Valencia Airport in Valencia

The city of Valencia itself is one of the most interesting, historic and beautiful in the country.  With Roman origins dating back to the second century AD, today it has a population of more then a million people making it the third largest city in Spain.

Valencia's airport is at Manises, with heavy traffic on both domestic and international flights. It is situated at the start of National Hightway III, about 8 km from the capital.

The No15 Bus takes you to the city, leaving every 60 minutes for about 0.9?. It takes about 45 minutes.
There are several leading car hire companies based at the airport.
Car parking, part of the first hour 1.05?. Further hours 0.9?. Maximum daily rate 7.51?. Monthly pass 90.15?

There is a large taxi rank outside the terminal building. Taxis work on a queue system so choose the taxi at the front of the queue. A taxi costs around 12? to the city.
