Tenerife Puerto Colon Marina

Bright, brash and exiting this is a pleasure seekers paradise and a sun worshippers idea of heaven. Purpose built it has become Tenerife's most popular resort and can boast excellent facilities, a selection of clean sandy beaches plus a wealth of sporting activities, such as surfing, jet - skiing, hang gliding, parasending, diving, snorkelling and wind surfing the list is endless.

After dark Playa de las Americas comes into it's own , with dozens of night clubs, bars and discos to choose from. Many have excellent live entertainment, or choose from one of the sports bars showing the latest fixtures whether it be football or some other game you don't need to miss a thing.

This attractive marina fronts the large resort of Playa de las Americas, a few miles west of Los Cristianos. The curved breakwater gives good protection to the small harbour, and an esplanade and pier make it a pleasant place for an evening stroll. Breakwaters have also been built close by to protect the beaches and should not be confused with the marina entrance.
