Although normally quiet, this small fishing village really livens up in the summer and offers a great alternative to the usual resort towns on the Costa. It is well worth spending time here relaxing on one of the town's several secluded beaches....if you're really lucky then you might even have one to yourself.
Later on you can literally watch your dinner being hauled in at the harbour where there are, not surprisingly, a selection of brilliant seafood restaurants. L'Ametlla is one of the best kept secrets on the costa with super food and incredibly friendly people.
