Red Bus Camp is a family run summer school and has over 15 years of experience in this field.The camp is part of Red Bus MD S.L.L. a Spanish Limited Company based in Lorca, Murcia, Spain.Red Bus Academy teaches English in over 10 towns throughout the Regions of Murcia and Almería . Our latest academy was opened in Puerto Lumbreras, Murcia in October 2001.Red Bus Camp started life as "Great House" in Camprodon back in the mid 80's.

We relocated the camp in 1997 from the Northern Pyreenes to Lorca in the South East of Spain. The move was an important step as the weather in the North had been becoming increasingly unpredictable each year. Our self contained camp has been based in Lorca for 5 years and was built in the style of a Moorish Castle. Once you enter the main gate you our met with beautiful gardens which give an atmosphere of security and calmness. The camp capacity is for 80 students and has 3 tennis courts, fronton court, soccer pitch, games room, disco, tv and video room, library, computer room, 7 classrooms, dorms, a large dining hall, shower block, and snack bar. A stay with us is a great experience with lots of activities, fun and culture.

Red Bus Camp uses qualified, experienced, native teachers and run courses of Spanish, Our classes have an average of 10 students (max:12) and are 5hrs/day, Monday to Friday. The classes have been designed to be interactive and fun. Allowing the student to get the maximum out of the course and increasing their grades when they go back to High School. Apart from course books, cassettes and videos, the students produce a magazine, a project, and make a film. These activities help students absorb and use the language learnt in a practical and real way.New 2002 Our students this year will be producing their own web site as a group project.
