Palma Plus school is located 4 km east of Palma de Mallorca, in the residential area Can Pastilla. The beach of Ca'n Pastilla next to the yacht harbour is only 50 meters away, the 8 km long beach walk of the Playa de Palma begins about 300 meters from our school and stretches from there up to S' Arenal. All together the perfect location to study Spanish in a relaxed beach atmosphere with the stylish and vivid Palma as well as exuberant night life close by.
Public transport to Palma and S'Arenal is available with the N° 15 bus "Platja de Palma", the city can be reached in about 30 minutes, the centre of nightlife at Balneario 5-7 in about 15 minutes.
Experience shows that learning Spanish achieve best results in a relaxed atmosphere where students develop friendships and team spirit within their group. Especially beginners tend to feel overwhelmed by the amount of vocabulary and grammar they are supposed to learn within a short period of time.
In addition to the system used by all other language schools we have therefore decided to offer a teaching concept which aims at supporting especially beginners at earlier stages. To make the first step into learning Spanish easier and avoid frustrations we also offer our beginners courses in German / English language.
Our native-speaking teachers have a university degree in Spanish philology. In teaching, the direct method is used, this means that Spanish is the language of instruction and the use of other languages is avoided as much as possible.
