OK Idiomas Spanish Language School Costa Dorada

OK Idiomas is a well-equipped, modern, air-conditioned school in Sitges, near Barcelona, with a motivated team who offer both a wealth of experience in language teaching and a friendly, comfortable environment in which to learn Spanish. The school is located on Dr. Pérez Rosales Square in the 'barrio' known as Pueblo Seco. The locals are hospitable, friendly people who are eager to welcome visitors and anxious to make them feel at home.

OK Idiomas is situated only a few minutes away from the train station which is located in the centre of town. The school is within easy walking distance of the attractions and facilities that Sitges has to offer, including its many bars, restaurants, shops and, of course, its wonderful beaches 10 minutes away.

All the courses at OK Idiomas have a maximum of 8 students (average 4/5 students)
The highest effort is made to place each student at his or her correct level. This is achieved by giving both a written and oral level test on the first day of the course. Complete beginners are placed immediately into the Beginners level.
In each level attention is paid to all areas of learning, however a special emphasis is placed on the oral practice of the language.

Beginners
This level is for those with little or no knowledge of Spanish. In this course the basic grammatical structures are covered along with a selection of useful vocabulary. The learning objective of the course is for the students to formulate simple phrases and comprehend basic conversation in a variety of practical situations.

Pre-Intermediate
Students enter this level with an understanding of the basic grammatical structures and the ability to comprehend and formulate basic phrases in Spanish. In this course vocabulary and grammatical structures are widened. As always, special emphasis is placed on communication and comprehension. The objective of the course is to enable the students to comfortably deal with everyday situations.

Intermediate
Students enter this level with a knowledge of the indicative tenses and the ability to communicate in everyday situations. In this course the indicative forms are revised and the subjunctive forms are introduced. Special attention is also paid to the development of oral fluency. The objective of the course is for the student to feel comfortable conversing in a wider variety of situations.

Advanced
This level is for those students who have knowledge of the indicative and the subjunctive tenses, but may still have problems in their usage. In this course these areas are revised and extended. Linguistic errors and general areas of difficulty are dealt with. The objective of the advanced course is to enable the student to communicate in more complex situations, both everyday and professional.

Certificates
On completion of the course, each student will receive a certificate of participation, which will show the level of course you have attended., the length of the course and the number of hours you were present in the class.
