MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT
Mar Menor Golf Resort was the first Polaris World to be developed and takes its name from the nearby lagoon. Set over 30 acres and an 18 hole golf course, this sensational complex is built around a town centre which comprises bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a 5 Star Inter Continental hotel and swimming pool. LA TORRE GOLF RESORT
La Torre Golf Resort is one of Polaris World’s most ambitious projects, first opened to residents in 2006. Built around a lake and 18 hole golf course, the town centre boasts amenities from an ice cream terrace, supermarket, beauty salon, gym, juice bar, travel agency, bank to an 800 capacity convention centre and 5 Star Inter Continental Hotel. In the evenings, residents can chose from a selection of restaurants and bars or order in from one of the fast food outlets. EL VALLE GOLF RESORT

LA LOMA GOLF RESORT
La Loma Golf Resort presented by Polaris World is designed around a sports centre and 9-hole golf course. Built in the shape of a Spanish guitar, this extraordinary development features a waterfall that runs from its ‘neck’ to its ‘body’, where shops, bars and restaurants can be found, sheltered beneath a large pergola. There is a genuine feeling of space here as housing density is low and the rich, lush vegetation is drawn into the living space through the use of translucent ceilings and minimalist walls.
LAS TERRAZAS DE LA TORRE GOLF RESORT
Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort from Polaris World is built around a stunning lake, championship golf course and an outstanding 23,000 m² leisure park which includes boutiques, bars, restaurants, a chemist, a florist and a bank. Additionally a sports centre with multiple tennis and squash courts and a “Chill Out” island on the lake will be built. Situated between La Torre and Mar Menor resorts means the residents of Las Terrazas have access to all these fantastic amenities. CONDADO DE ALHAMA, A WORLD OF RESORTS
Condado de Alhama developed by Polaris World, will be Europe’s first leisure based township and is to be built between two regional parks in Murcia. It revolves around a huge purpose-built lagoon where the town centre, El Oasis, a virtual island rich in Moorish influence, will be located. This area is dedicated purely to entertainment and work and is away from accommodation to allow for maximum relaxation. The facilities are to include 3 Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, football pitches and gyms, as well as 200 acres of landscaped gardens and public parks.
LOS JARDINES DE ALHAMA
Los Jardínes de Alhama is a resort dedicated to those who like to enjoy the outdoors. A series of parks, designed to integrate seamlessly into the gardens, have cycle and pedestrian paths running through them and each has a swimming pool, with infant pool for children. At the centre is a sports complex with tennis, paddle tennis and basketball courts and football pitches. Los Cortijos de Alhama is made up of luxury villas situated in a private area of La Condado and is surrounded by a perimeter fence. LA ISLA DEL CONDADO
La Isla del Condado comprises an island escape on the large central lake. Found on the same expanse of water as El Oasis and the Alhama thermal baths, the 396 properties benefit from magnificent views over the lake and golf courses. There is a central boulevard with children’s play areas, parking and greens and a path which runs round the island. This leads to “Club de La Isla” where there is a gym, bar, swimming pool and terraces. Access is via a bridge with a control point.
