The Molino de Papel Beach is the ideal beach for those who are looking for intimacy and the solitude of a practically virgin zone. It is located in an idyllic environment and is surrounded by a small mount and many vegetation. It owes its name to the ruins which in times gone by used to be a paper factory known locally as El Molino de Papel (The Paper Mill).
It is ideal for practicing diving due to the big rocks at the ends. To come to the beach is a little hard, since it is necessary to cover a kilometre of a footpath full of little rocks.
The beach is large, sandy and the Rio de la Miel and the Arroyo de los Colmenarejos (Colmenarejos Stream) flow into it.
You can practice here diving. |
