La Joya Beach is 7 Km. from Motril, between el cabo de Sacratif and peñon de Jolúcar, there spreads a succession of coves of different sizes that receive as a whole the beach name La Joya "The Jewel". They are beaches of thick and clean sand, waters of blue deeply rarely waved by the waves. The biggest cove is a multitudinous beach in the summer. Separated by a few craggy rocks that enter the sea, naturalist offers himself another face of minor dimensions destined to beach. It is possible to accede the beach by car, walking later through a way approximately 500 meters up to the beach. There are ships dropping anchor in the zone. This beach don't have any kind of services, it is a natural beach.
