The large bay of Pollensa is extremely picturesque, if not particularly deep in places. A detailed chart should always be consulted. The Club Nautico itself is chic and popular, and all facilities, including the pool, are open to visiting yachtsmen. There are approximately 75 berths along the outer wall which are rented out during the summer season; it is also possible to anchor nearby. The port is a flourishing tourist area with restaurants and bars galore, along with sailing schools, charter companies and every kind of nautical service. The ancient town of Pollensa itself is 3km inland.
Golf Pollensa is situated to the north-east in Pollensa. The club has a 9-hole round and it is a course of average difficulty, very undulating and short with a lot of trees and countless natural hazards. The greens are maintained in perfect condition and there are two lakes and much indigenous vegetation, above all olive and pine trees.
