Puerto Portals is one of the most attractive and well known marinas on the Costa de Calvia. It opened in July 1986 and has since been awarded the coveted European Union Blue Flag for Marinas and Harbours. Here you can enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the chic quayside restaurants and bars while you admire the luxury yachts and fashionably dressed people. Expensive boutiques abound and the feel is that of a mini St Tropez.
Behind the Marina is the modern residential area of Portals Nous which predates the marina. Although considerably reduced, accommodation in Portals Nous is sought by a faithful, mainly english, clientele that returns year after year in search of relaxation.
Real Golf Bendinat is nearby and set in the middle of a wide valley full of trees and offers spectacular Mediterranean views. The round has 18 holes and sensational views of the whole island.
