While Mallorca's nautical potential is well known, its gentle climate during the winter, from the point of view of the cyclist, is perhaps less so. A large and growing number of teams choose the island as a winter training ground when the cold strikes other latitudes.

Faced with constantly growing demand, golf has also experienced a boom. The creation of golf courses, eleven of them of regulation size, manifests the enormous interest among our visitors and residents in the practice of this sport. The diversity of the Mallorcan orography allows the practice of all types of adventure activities throughout rugged natural landscape, far from the calm beaches. Cliff climbing, cycle tourism and the mountain biking programme are some of the more stimulating proposals, but there are many others ranging from abseiling to trekking, equestrian tourism and even going for a camel trek. The possibilities are endless.
