The resort of Sa Coma is 3km south of the town of Cala Millor on Majorcas east coast. Transfer time from the airport in the south is generally around 2 hours.
Sa Coma is a modern purpose built resort with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants.Many of which are either British owned or targeted towards the british tourist, which tend to be in the majority in the resort. The resort has an exceptionally sandy beach with the usual selection of watersport and beach facilities including windsurfing and pedalos to hire.
Behind the beach is a wide traffic free, promenade. Sa Coma is particularly good for families, with safe swimming and some interesting sightseeing attractions close by. Nightlife is limited but the larger resorts of Porto Cristo and Cala Millor are within easy reach.
