Malaga University Malaga Spain

Malaga University Campus is situated about 15 minutes away from the center of Malaga city. The University is owned by the Spanish State and is a public university. The city of Malaga is not known in Spain as a University city although the University has more than 30,000 students (10% foreign students).

The building where the Spanish courses for foreigners are held is not located in the university campus. It is located in the center of Malaga in the modern part of the city on the Avenue de Andalucia, close to shopping malls, cinemas and other attractions. Although the Spanish courses for foreigners are not held at the University campus there is still a close relation between the university for Spanish students and for foreign students.

The Spanish courses are held in a modern and independent building where all classrooms have access to audio and video equipment. Furthermore students have access to all the facilities, such as the indoor swimming hall and sports grounds, which is situated on the University campus, 15 minutes by bus from Malaga city center.
Malaga University also arranges activities such as welcome parties, trips to other towns and sport tournaments on the University campus like soccer, basketball etc.





Facts about Malaga University programs:
- Maximum 17 students per class (normally 8-12). For Intensive courses maximum 7 students.
- Minimum age 16.
- 5 different levels
- Possible to prepare for and take the DELE exam.
- Certificate given at end of course (Optional exam for a diploma at end of course (25? fee not included)).
- Books and study material are not included in course fee.
