The fishing port of the El Terron is located in the municipal area of Lepe, on the mouth of the Piedras river, 8 km from Sevilla and 24 km from Lepe and Isla Cristina. It is a port of small dimensions with accessibility problems because of strong coastal dynamics in this section of the coast. The fleet which bases in the port has 63 boats, most of which are used to unload the port of Huelva. The port counts on a crane service and fuel provision but does not have of a market or ice factory. In recent years and because of its proximity to the tourist center of Antilla many exciting restaurants have opened and the port is being used as an anchorage for sport and leisure boats as well.
