Sevilla was built in 1927 by architect Vicente Traver as part of an ensemble of residential houses designed on the occasion of the 1927 Universal Exhibition. The hotel is in one of the most emblematic residential areas in the city, Avenida Manuel Siurot and between the streets of Cardenal Ilundain and Juan Lara Nieto. Very close to Plaza de España and Parque de María Luisa, it is also near the historical centre of the city.
