Hello there
This is my first post on this forums!
I am a non resident living in Egypt and investing in Spain property . I currently own an apartment in Spain and i paid 20% of the total value!
I would like to know some opinions on the following:
1) Will i find a bank to mortgage the 80% or all banks offer only 70% for non residents?
2) Any recommendation on banks?
3) From what i read hear investing in properties in Spain is not a good idea in this time as the prices are falling or at least not rising!
Please give me your opinion on those question
