Property management, aftersales and maintenance companies seem to be appearing nearly as quickly as real estate agencies, here, on the Costa del Sol!
The costa tropical is a little less exploited to date. Good Commercial premises are not always that easy to find but a little perseverance and a lot of patience will evenytually get you what you are looking for in the right location.

My wife, 6 year old son and myself are planning to move to Spain for good. I currently operate a property maintenance company in the UK and wish to start a similar operation in the Costa Tropical area. I am looking for a commercial office in a high visability area. All comments greatly appreciated. Martin. (Can't wait for the sun).
