I thought i would share my thoughts on this subject. Whatever you do, dont use the bank. A currency company will save you money. i used axiafx, they are a new company but seem to have large backing by a plc. I used Daniel Engelsman on 08452578258 who helped me through every step of the process.

I have noticed that there is a lot of information about Spain and advice with buying.
I have noticed no one has mentioned the Currency Exchange Aspect of the purchase. I just thought I would mention a company called Worldwide Currencies. I dealt with a chap called Steve Berry who acheived a great rate on the euro and saved me about a grand on a 100k property.
My funds were out there the next day, I would never go back to my bank for currency.

He will be happy to help you, have a look at www.wwcurr.com for more info.
