i have been going to bankcaja,in vera, almeria. the manager speaks good english, and is so helpfull, nothing is too much trouble,he has the knack of making you feel you are his only client.the bank is good, no charges to send a bank transfer.there are many good things this bank has to offer,i recommend them strongly.

I am a student at Bristol Business School currently doing a report on how British people are catered for by financial institutions in Spain. I studied in Spain last year and experienced a number of problems with my bank, which was the inspiration for this investigation. I am interested in what criteria Britons use in choosing their bank in Spain and how well these criteria are met at present. I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions on this topic. Useful information would include the type of criteria used, satisfaction levels, any suggestions for making services better and general comments.
Many thanks.
