I am a degree student compiling a thesis on the ‘Consumer Decision Process for Purchasing Property in Spain’.
I am researching the way people went about their purchase, the information they gathered, how they went about their purchase and if it was successful or not.
I have compiled a simple questionnaire that would take no more than 5 minutes to fill out.

We have a project which the first 30 apartments have 10% discount!! So if you buy now, you have 10% easy profit because after 30 sold apartments the prices rices with 10%!
Sounds like a great idea. I'd like to know the answer to that too, David, and, theoretically, how you could make it work should,say, one of the syndicate decide to pull out and bank their profits before completion etc...
Hi David, I understand that promoting and recruiting as such are not allowed in the general forums. Do you have a forum, or could a forum be set up for your members who maybe interested in FORMING AN INVESTORS SYNDICATE to buy Off Plan at deeper discounts?
