The fishing port of Ayamonte is located in the most western zone of Andalusia, on the mouth of the Guadiana river, that serves as a border with Portugal. Ayamonte has a population of more than 16,000 inhabitants and is united by train with the capital of the province, Huelva; with the Andalusian capital, Seville and with the Portugual.

Cadiz stands on a peninsula jutting out into a bay, and is almost entirely surrounded by water. Named Gadir by the Phoencians, who founded their trading post in 1100 BC, Cadiz was later controlled by the Carthaginians, until it became a thriving Roman port. Cadiz sank into oblivion under the Visigoths and Moors, but attained great splendour in the early 16th century as a launching point for the journey to the newly discovered lands of America.

Chiclana de la Frontera is located in the Andalusian province of Cádiz. Chiclana is situated in the south of the Gaditanian Bay, its coast is washed by the Atlantic Ocean. Chiclana is in a half hour drive from Jerez airport, and in an hour and a half from the one in Seville.
