Ibi is located in the extreme Northwest of the valleys that form the Foia de Castalla and to the Northeast to the basin of the river Montnegre, concretely on the foothill of the Menejador and Biscoi Mountain ranges, relatively near the border of the Old Kingdom of Valencia. On the Mutxamel mountains overlooking the municipality of Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea is where you will find Club de Golf Bonalba. It offers a fully equipped golf course and clubbhouse decorated in typical Mediterranean style. Club de Golf Alenda is located right on the sea and has amazing views, and Alicante Golf, another course with traditional 'S' shaped bunkers by the legendary Seve, has been uniquely built between roman ruins on the course.

One of the newest additions to the list of courses is the La Finca Algorfa Golf, just outside the historic town of Orihuela. This new golf course has many features and currently has 18 holes although it will finish being a 54 hole complex made up of 3 different golf courses. Real Club de Golf Campoamor is set between interconnected lush valleys with its own microclimate, and is well worth playing. There is also Golf & Country Club La Marquesa with its lakes and forests and Alicante's new urban course, Campo de Golf El Plantio.
