Designed by golf legend, Gary Player, Club Zaudín is a beautiful parkland style course just outside Sevilla. Gary Player remembers the course as one of the most beautiful he has created in his career. This considerably flat course is not too difficult to play with its wide fairways and large greens. However there are some holes severly affected by spectacular water hazards. Especially the final two holes guarantee moments of excitement!
The biggest difficulty of this course lies in the par-3?s. The par-4?s are reasonably attainable and the par-5?s are recovery holes. It is quite a pleasant course to play, as the fairways are wide, the roughs are generous, and the greens are large though protected by numerous bunkers and profuse vegetation. Among the vegetation which makes this course so delightful you will find huge olive trees, orange trees and palm trees.
The wonderful hacienda-style clubhouse provides a superb view over the course and Sevilla. All other sport facilities at Zaudín are in excellent state of maintenance. Zaudín hosted the Andalusian Open in 1998, won by Pedro Linhart.
