The course is located on a plain, so the ground is not very undulating. The course has 18 holes and can get complicated on the ones where you have to avoid several water hazards and bunkers.
The greens are of average size, but the varying length of the holes complicates the game. It is not a complicated course overall and is located in one of the most touristy areas of Palma de Mallorca so people can easily combine golf with other activities.
