Around 100 kms north of the Airport at Alicante and a little further south from Valencia Airport, Javea is affectionately known as ?The Jewel of the Costa Blanca?.

For the best choice of restaurants, pavement cafes and bars head for the Arenal area of Javea. Set on a picturesque, sandy bay with a palm tree lined promenade behind you can enjoy a wide range of foods from around the world here but please make sure you try the local? Paella? and fresh seafood.
As it is so far from either of the main tourist airports you would probably find that it is more cost effective to organize Car rental from the Airports rather than transferring to Javea and then collecting your vehicle.
