Cadiz can be found jutting out into a bay and is situated on a peninsula that is almost surrounded by water. You can find Cadiz down on the Atlantic Coast of Spain. Its on Spains south western coast.

Around 135,000 people live permanently in Cadiz and the main nightlife takes place in Plaza Mina and Plaza San Francisco where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The Old Town is also very busy and during the warmer summer months the whole area around Playa Victoria comes alive.
Cadiz also has an annual Carnival during the month of February with lively processions hitting the streets in fancy dress.
