Malaga is the main City for Southern Spain and is perhaps one of the least known and least visited parts of the Costa del Sol.
Within an International Airport that receives 12 million passengers per year from 30 countries it is an incredibly easy and cheap City to fly to.
In the summer the temperatures hover in the mid 80s and provide the perfect excuse for lounging by a hotel pool or on one of Malaga's many beaches.
In the winter you can see the snow capped mountains that surround Malaga and after just a short drive of 60-90 minutes you can find yourself in the Sierra Nevada mountain range which is home to Europe's most Southern Ski Resorts.
Malaga also has the full range of well known shops and stores along with a great selection of pavement cafes and bars to help you while away those hot summer afternoons.
If you fancy a few excursions then you can be in the bustling town of Marbella in under an hour or star spotting in exclusive Puerto Banus which also has the Holiday Home of one of Malaga's most famous sons Antonio Banderas.
Another great resident of Malaga was Pablo Picasso and the fine and highly rated Picasso Museum is now open to the public.
With his works of art spread over 3 floors of a classic period Malaga House the museum is more than worth a visit. At certain times of the day there are guided tours of the museum.
