The El Saler course is situated in the Albufera Nature Park on the shores of the Mediterranean, just south of the city of Valencia. It is laid out on terrain dotted with pine trees and sand dunes, with the las few holes looking very much like a typical English course.
A links-style course, surrounded by dunes and pine woods.
The course is long and very demanding. The greens are very wide, with several blind hazards and 90 bunkers. Considered to be one of the purest European-style courses.
Access to the hole is relatively short and the rhythm of the game is slow.
